Eva pressed a soft kiss on Anna’s head as she sat at the easel, assessing her work. She swivelled on the high stool, instantly locked into the sea-green eyes that held hers, reached behind Eva’s neck, and pulled her hard against her mouth. The urgency of the kiss sent fireworks through Eva, goose bumps broke out down her spine, and her crotch throbbed, agonisingly. Teeth clashed as they deepened the kiss together, raw passion fuelling Anna’s hunger as she pulled at Eva’s t-shirt until her hands clasped fiercely at the small, pert breasts. Stumbling to the floor, she moaned into Eva’s mouth when Eva’s hand delved into the warm wet sensation between her legs and two fingers penetrated her forcefully. Rhythmically thrusting deep inside her, Anna screamed out long before she came. Shaking uncontrollably her mouth clamped onto Eva’s nipple and she bit down hard. Eva jerked at the sharp pain, intensifying her arousal. Anna flipped her onto her back with uncharacteristic strength, her hand moving beneath the band of Eva’s joggers, she thrust into her with two fingers, then three. Eva came within seconds and Anna collapsed into her arms. ‘I needed that,’ she said as she swept her fingers through the blonde spikes, dragging her nails up the back of Eva’s shaved neck. She raised herself up slightly and pressed a tender kiss to her lips before resting into her shoulder again.

‘You’re welcome.’ Eva said, pulling her closer, a broad smile on her face. She had loved Anna for as long as she could remember, but it hadn’t been until recently she had realised those feelings had taken on more of an erotic nature. For months she had held back, almost drinking herself into oblivion to prevent herself acting on her feelings. Even when Anna had returned from Corsica devastated, Eva had simply been there for her. Collected her from the airport, cooked for her, listened to her, rubbed her back as she vomited in the morning, and held her when she had cried herself to sleep at night. She still couldn’t quite believe that they were now lovers, and at the same time part of her felt unsettled by that fact. Anna seemed content though, and for that she felt happy. She was into her work again, which was always a good sign and she hadn’t mentioned Lauren since the first time they had kissed. She didn’t know if Anna loved her. Frankly she didn’t want to know. She wanted to be there for her and the baby and hoped that Anna’s feelings for her would grow with time, or so she tried to convince herself. She pulled Anna tighter and kissed the top of her head. ‘You okay?’

Anna snuffled into Eva’s shoulder. ‘I am now… mmm, you smell good. Baby’s moving.’ She took Eva’s hand and placed it gently on the spot. ‘There… did you feel that?’

‘Umm… would you be offended if I said no?’ Eva asked tentatively.

Anna laughed. ‘No. That was only a little prod.’ She placed her hand on top of Eva’s for a few more moments waiting for the next tiny shudder.
